This saddle has been used with great success in both college and professional competition.  The saddle reflects fundamental design and feature characteristics of the most popular bronc saddles being used today.  Hand made quality in design and construction will give you a competitive edge. 

Choose from rough out, basket stamp, and the very popular combination finish (rough out seat and swells with basket stamp balance) in seat sizes 15" to 17" (see notes below on special sizes). 

The weak spot on a bronc saddle used to be the rigging.  Not any more!  Underneath the finest quality leather is the same super tough nylon web CLG uses to make their #374 Horse Flanks. 

A waterproof nylon cover with elastic binding to slide on and off your bronc saddle while you're waiting for the bronc riding to start.  Keep the water and the dust off the seat and swells until you're ready to ride.  The topper folds up very compact to slide into your gear bag between rodeos.  (Great with a plaque for awards and recognition.)

Both CLG's back cinch and billets are made from prime skirting leather and lined with heavy latigo ... just like a lot of other folks ... but CLG finishes the job with an inner layer of their heavy nylon halter webbing for extra long life. 

For maximum strength at an economy price, try a set of CLG's all nylon cinch and billets.    Three layers of nylon stitched together with double tough hardware make a great product at a great price. 

Cut from prime, firm "back leather" only, the adjustable portion of the leathers are doubled and lined with CLG's select synthetic material and 4-row stitched for correct "feel" and snap.  Available in 2-1/2" and 3" widths. 

CLG PRO "HALF" LEATHERS

A practical way to get that "new life" and "snap" feel ... for a bargain price.  Replace the part that counts!  Specify width (2-1/2" or 3") and length.  "Half" leathers are stocked in 30", 32", and 34" lengths.  Other lengths are available by special order.

Already being used by many top hands, these stirrups represent the ultimate in quality and durability.  Virtually indestructible, they won't collapse and the textured surface is slip-resistant.  Bone color in 3" size. 

CLG PRO METAL BOUND

Premium quality 3/4" wide wood contest stirrups with metal binding are available in 2-1/2" and 3" sizes.  This is the traditional bronc rider's stirrup, and it is still asked for today on a regular basis. 

For bronc riders, front and quarter binds are instrumental in guiding the length of arch and return "snap" in a bronc rider's leg action and in holding stirrup leathers where they need to be.

1-1/2" premium latigo is doubled and stitched with areas of greatest stress reinforced with CLG's nylon core (see above).  All holes are circle stitched.  All of this is topped off with a 5" wide skirting leather noseband lined with genuine sheepskin.  Hardware is extra-heavy duty welded or forged.  You can pay more ... you can't buy better!

Similar in style and construction to the CLG Super Pro Leather Halter except 1-3/4" tripled and stitched nylon is used throughout.  A five-inch shaped leather noseband of heavy skirting leather is lined with genuine sheepskin, and the heavy-duty hardware is the same as in the CLG Super Pro Leather Halter.
