Cultured
Cowboy decided that this model would be a good candidate for some
extra pictures. You will notice some features that are available
on most of the saddles Dakota will offer.
For
example: They can now "sand" the leather for that
"Showy" arena look that so many top saddles offer. All
"roughout" parts of this 556 Roper are sanded with the
same equipment as used on great car body shop detailing.
Inlay Seat - Here is an Elephant print on cowhide, (for looks),
positioned inside the full seat. Padding for seat bones with
nothing extra in your way. It is a modification of the "Bicycle
Seat". Breast collar dees are shown in the high skirt
position so you can see how that looks as your option.
Here
is one of the best values in America. Dakota is getting even
better at making things "pretty" as well as
functional.
An arena roping
saddle, that happens to be a great pleasure saddle, that happens
to come in every size for your family. I call it basic, but it is better
than many brands' top line saddle! Choose
smooth or rough side out on the jockeys and fenders. Shown with
conchos with dees, but saddle strings strung through the tree are
available if you prefer. Add some front breast collar dees, a roping pommel dee
& strap, to hold that rope (or water bottle), extra heavy
fleece or real sheepskin, a hoofpick holder, or any of the
other Dakota options. Comes standard with a basic flank but you
can choose either a simple Y top reinforcment or a reinforced
"Ramrod" flank set.
Shown Dark Golden brown, choose your color of leather, and of seat. Top
grain padded seats are available as well as the suede. Give us your true inseam measurements and we can have the
saddle stirrup lengths fitted for you. This is especially handy for youth, ladies,
or tall cowboys! Half sizes in seats are available upon
request. Your choice of QH or Full QH bars.
The leather is not a bunch of thin pieces glued together.
There is no pressed paper product in the skirts. The tree is
really a roping tree; go ahead and catch your cow! (Now, if you
are a professional wild cow catcher, call us for a saddle that
will be stronger. You know the real rigors involved. Ashley Rankin
says, "In this 21st century, there are dart guns for
that!") I can remember when we only recommended really
expensive name brands for cow catching. When I sold several Dakota
saddles to the
same guy, I asked him if he was tearing them apart. He laughed and
said, "Chuck, these saddles hold up, man. I just don't want
you to raise the price." We have not!
Optional
Inlaid Cushion seat. This Dakota roping saddle is designed with easy
to turn stirrups, and a balanced seat for the
rider. |
