Because you have more of your body in an upright position, and the weight is distributed over the entire saddle block area, this is really a great western saddle for long times in that saddle. Choose smooth or rough side out on the fenders and seat. This 209 is shown with rawhide trim on the standing roll. You can opt for a Cheyenne roll if you like. The pommel allows generous room in the thigh area. It allows easy stance for throwing that loop. Deep roper stirrups with a wide tread make for less strain on your legs. Shown with a basket stamp, you can choose any tooling pattern. Add some front breast collar dees for double tug breast collars, a roping pommel dee and strap to hold that extra rope, extra heavy fleece or felt on the skirts, a hoofpick holder, or any of the other options. Shown in mahagony, you choose your color of leather. If you are interested, you can give us your true inseam measurements and we can have the saddle fitted for you.
