The Lady's Petticoat is decorated with silk rosettes and is cut extra full for more swish.  Wear it alone under your dress or add a second petticoat and a pair of ruffled pantaloons for that hourglass shape.  The Lady's Petticoat is 100% white cotton batiste with silk rosettes and two fine quality eyelet laces imported from Switzerland.  Three tiers with two lace patterns to choose from, specify Pattern A (top) or Pattern B (bottom) when ordering.  Elastic waist sizes S/M and M/L.
