Whether
or not you have the experience of a professional, anybody can see
how sturdy, how well thought through, these training saddles are
made. You've seen training saddles that were little more than a
fancy surcingle. Not here! The
tree and the saddle make your life more comfortable by placing emphasis on
your seat and leg position. These cowboy saddles allow good close positioning with your
horse. This series is built on a tough, bullhide
covered wooden tree, made so you can concentrate on the movements
of your horse. A
strong training horn is used for dragging, hanging tight or light pulling. The ground seat and rise is proper to aid you in
your riding, rather than restricting you, because you never know
what life can bring you today. There are several
stirrup options depending on your preferences.
Designed
for the strength and endurance which a cowhand or wrangler will
put it through. Don't plan on having to trade this one in after a
couple seasons! Your using saddle is built with selected woods, placed in positions according to their
flexing and their rigid properties. Then bullhide covered to hold
in moisture and add years of life. The tree maker gives a 5 year warrantee, but this is
the type of tree that lasted over 20 years in your grandfather's
saddles. Using the best leather on top of all that foundation
will keep your seat in the saddle till it's time to "Give it
up to Jesus".
The standard tree in this
wrangling saddle is
Full Quarter Horse bars with a 3.5 inch height cantle, but with the
specially formed seat, you achieve the riding support of higher
cantles in other saddles.
Since
leg
position is important in the work of a cowboy, we are going to ask you a
few questions about your leg dimensions, sort of like fitting for
chaps, so that length of leg as well as diameter of thigh are
properly positioned. With seat sizes from 14 to 16 in half inch
increments, fit can be exacting.
Rigging
is shown as a dropped rings. Heavy duty rigging
for all kinds of training work. Padded Seat or Hard seat.
High
quality choices of heavy duty synthetic fleece, and wool are
offered.
