Tony Lama Stockman Boots
Super Ropers for Super Loopers.

Naw, ya don't hafta be a roper to wear these. You can be just like me, a cowboy admirer, or even a bull rider! Tony Lama Stockman boots have a "super roper" heel and sole system. This model has passed the test of time. It has been a Tony Lama Boot favorite for too many years. Everything about this model has been enjoyed by thousands of horsemen.

A sturdy, balanced, well seated, heel with a roper round toe, and all the qualities built into the saddle vamp to make it break in just right at the ball of your foot. The lower top is typical of rancher boots, stockman boots, arena boots and other similar roper boots.

Shrunken shoulder has just enough grain for a classy showing. Deep dip tops allow them to fit your calves. All put together to give some "dress-up" to a good working cowboy boot. Today, Tony Lama uses great leathers to give an authentic look without needing a week to break it in! Same remarkable quality, as your Granddad wore!

When you saddle soap your leather roper boots, use leather balm or boot oils of some sort to add back conditioner. Mink Oil, or Snow Seal the leathers right before you go into a lot of manure, or mud. This weatherproofs your leather. Be sure and use an old toothbrush to get into all the tight spots. (I like to use a hair dryer about 6 inches to a foot away, to open the pores of the leather allowing the waxy stuff (waterproofing compound) to penetrate into the leather. You can really watch it soak in.)  If they get really covered in muck, you can just squirt them off with a water hose before you tote "all that" into your house. (You might be cool at the stockyards, to walk around looking like ya did something. But, that ain't cool coming into Momma's house!)

If wet, allow them to dry at room temperature, then just add another coat of conditioner. Conditioners will darken your leathers because they add moisture balance. As the leathers dry out, they will return to "almost" the same color as new. - Taking care of your boots will make them last much longer than not.
