"Boots
on the Ground" Rodeo Life is
again going mainstream!
Thank
you Beyonce` and other artists who are bringing new
life to
"Line Dancing". For the past 6
months, NYCity to Greenwood, SC; east coast to
west coast, people are having "Trail
Parties".
Trail
parties sometime include some 4-wheelers, and/or
horses. Always always food & fun. And line
dancing music. Guys & gals are able to let loose
and enjoy a great form of exercise. Whether there
are a couple who are teaching some moves to their
friends, or the floor is packed with 50 people,
everyone can feel a part of "relief" from
the politics, the worries, the stresses of life
today.
"Boot
Scootin" is coming back in a lot of mainstream
events. Many dancers are getting a hat or two, a
shirt/blouse or two, and pairs of favorite jeans.
Cultured Cowboy has also seen short party dresses
with shorts underneath and tall boots. This
seems to be one of the hottest hits in ladies Western
Wear
today.
"True Cowgirl" is what we're hearing. A
nice break from all the wide square toe boot
fashions. ( Ladies, isn't it fun to have
some style variety in your closet! )
Cushioned
insoles. Stitched welts, Underslung cowgirl heel, and comfortable feel!
Cowgirls have long ago discovered how well a Woman's
Western Boot supports riding in the saddle, working
in hayfields, and other assorted barn duties.
This Old West styling gives you opportunity for a
perfect step into a lifestyle that we all can
appreciate.
One of
the nicest things about having a custom leather shop
is being able to take a good product and improve it.
It is like sharing the love, to you, with the
original factory.
This
is a great ladies Western boot for the money. And, we can give it
to you two ways...First price is like it comes from
the factory, and that is a good value.
Second
choice, we hand rub and hand burnish it with a
couple-few good coatings of our special leather
conditioners, until the leather has a rich luster
characteristic, and it is much better protected from
weather and deterioration. Then, we expertly flex
the shaft and the sole so it wears like a kidskin
glove when you first put it on. (Especially in the
ball and ankle area.) An ever so slight sanding is
prepped by hand on the bottom of the sole, (Only at
the ball and toe, not touching the stitching), to
minimize any slipperiness when you first get your
boot. Finally, we massage it down with a
finish coat of olive balm that finalizes a look you
only get with better handmade oil pullup boots. The
whole process only takes an extra day. Same
boot...two totally different looks and
feelings. You choose! Ain't
America great?
